No. By the sounds of it we aren't offering a competitive wage and Derby are higher achievers than us (albeit continually missing out  ). Trouble ahead for them though as they need to cut costs. |  |

Largely because Derby are about to undergo a massive cost reduction exercise, which would be a major challenge for any Manager, let alone one in his first job. Keeping squad morale up while remaining competitive will be a major challenge. |  | | |
