Can't believe how many numpties have come out in support of this wife-beating, mortgage fraud convicted bigot.

Seems many of these 'patriots' don't understand the laws (and language in most cases) of their own country. He prejudiced an ongoing trial, which is illegal. Now he's where he belongs. Shame it's such a short sentence.

How these melts can even begin to entertain the idea that they are superior to anyone is beyond me.

They're pretty much the most feeble, pathetic and embarrassing examples of humanity out there.

As has been the case with other hate preachers, he will continue to be a risk to society whilst incarcerated.

'He was just calling out paedophiles'. No, he wasn't, he was endangering the trial of alleged ones. And it's interesting that he's only interested in the actions of brown ones. When one of his mates in the EDL was jailed for possessing indecent images of children, he whinied that his mate was a 'political prisoner'.

He can't write books, make youtube videos, commit assault, endanger sex abuse trials, go on telly or legally have contact with people he's trying to radicalise whilst he's inside though.

I was thinking about that, actually. Didn't know the restrictions that would placed upon him once inside. There must be a danger of him radicalising others whilst in there though (as has been the case with other hate preachers) and the equal 'risk' of him meeting some of those who he's offended over the years. Wonder how the plod will deal with that.

One day, many years in the future, all these people will cease to exist. One can only hope that the people who come after us are made of better stuff.

He won't be able to radicalise anyone whilst in solitary.....which is where he will hide for his own protection.

It would only go ten pages if someone argued his imprisonment isn't justified. Surely no one is silly enough to believe such a thing?

On that far right documentary I posted last week, the related video was Tommy and that BNP bloke reacting to it. When it came to the bit about the BNP bloke on C4 News who told that woman defending refugees that " he hoped he didn't get raped", Tommy said that she was OK because no one would want to rape her anyway. Even by his standards, I thought that was disgusting. Especially when rape is something he pretends to be 'concerned' about.

I'm sure it would if all the facts from the case were fully disclosed so people could have an unbiased debate on if his sentence was justified or not.
The state has clearly done it's job and got him out the way.
Id imagine anyone else with a more mainstream liberal take on things doing what he was doing wouldn't feel the full weight of the law like he has.
So really there is no point arguing the toss about it....those who have posted on here have their judgement clouded by their view off the man in question.....and given the facts will still call for him to be incarcerated....guily or not.
If there was a trial and found guilty then even those who you call " right wing" couldn't argue the fact....but there has been no trial....now I'm not sure if there needed to be one being he was already on a suspended sentence....but from the video footage I've seen it doesn't warrant 13months in prison.

It is a common law arrest-able offence and technically all criminal offences constitute a breach of the queens peace. It is often used to remove provocative offenders from the scene in order to keep the peace.

I appreciate that this is the favourite conspiracy theory of his supporters, arrested for one thing charged with another so as to lock him up as a political prisoner, but it's pretty common to be initially arrested for one thing, or removed from a scene to prevent a breach of the peace, and then be ultimately charged with another offence once the investigation is complete.

For example, imagine X was arrested for fraud and whilst examining X's computer the police found kiddy porn - you could (ultimately, after due process) be charged with making indecent images of children. The fact that X was arrested for fraud doesn't prevent that.
The fact that Robinson was arrested for breaching the peace or to prevent a breach of the peace does not ultimately prevent him being charged with contempt of court.
I strongly suspect the bizzie who arrested him had been briefed that there was a potential court order in place preventing broadcast from around the court and he wasn't 100% sure that facebook live amounted to a breach of the order so to prevent a potential further breach of the peace removed him from the scene and ultimate found that Robinson was in fact in contempt, which he has duly admitted.

Potential re-trial, new jury and a cost you and me in the '000's.

Please note: prior to hitting the post button, I've double checked for anything that could be construed as "Anti Semitic" and to the best of my knowledge it isn't. Anything deemed to be of a Xenophobic nature is therefore purely accidental or down to your own misconstruing.
