Something seems familiar about the weakness description...

Strengths: has an eye for unknown good players, players love him, creates great team spirit, his sides are strong defensively, difficult players are quickly got rid off, team will be constant ‘top 5’.
Weakness: favourites always play,plays not to concede, reacts to fan criticism, is very stubborn,his teams form always falters from March to seasons end,always bigs up the opposition

Seems like an odd comment from a fan who would have witnessed them scoring 82 goals in their promotion season and also had the biggest home win of the season in that league (7-0).

A dedicated Grimsby Town pal of mine only commented that the tendency to play not to concede was evident from the quality of his squad of players. He thinks given the vastly better pool of players we have, he'll be far more positive.
