I downsized my BBQ this year but still big enough.

I think I'm gonna put it in the oven at 0.5 for a while and then incinerate the outside on the BBQ for a short burst.

I'm planning on eating it Desperate Dan stylee.


That’s the way to do it.
Everyone else is doing it wrong.

For a perfect steak you need to reverse sear, oven or sous vide first then finish on a hot as balls BBQ or cast iron pan as hot as you can.

I didn’t know Lidl were doing these. That’s my dinner sorted.
