I think we have and I doubt Barnsley will get anything like £2m for him. What clubs claim to want for players and what they ultimately get aren't the same thing. Similarly, what someone might report someone is willing to offer may well be very different to what the other club involved is likely to accept. |  | | |

I very much doubt he would have got on the pitch for more than a few minutes in the second half of last season, if at all. There was no point in keeping him in January just to go out on loan again (tho in reality he wouldn't have been recalled). |  |

Okay he may play a 433 or a 451 but it was still kick and rush, fast and direct with little nous
It could become hit and hope at times
He's a good manager but you do wonder if he was found out here on a mediocre budget
Evans certainly contributed to his downfall by failing to back him

Not convinced. Garner wasn't injured until March, Sears at least has some pace. The fact McCarthy barely used a promising youngster like Folami even with the injury problems suggests to me he wouldn't have bothered with Moore, either (especially with Celina in the offing). | |
