Team Sky have released data on Chris Froome from The Giro and specificly stage 19, it is amazing the level of detail that went into "fueling" Froome during that race and that they actually ran a calorie deficit during the early stages of the race to get him to lose weight for the key mountain stages. Then went on to up his carb intake to match expenditure, one word amazing and well worth a red.
