Bart or Waggy..... 13:08 - Jul 9 with 2546 views | Bloots | ....on the assumption that one of them is off, to balance the books, who would you prefer to see go? Definitely Bart for me. Keepers are ten a penny these days and £3M seems about a fair price. Waggy will be a lot harder to replace, on the assumption that last seasons form wasn't just a flash in the pan. Which of course it may have been. The only real concern is having the time to find a replacement for whichever one (or both, or others) does go. Just get on with it Evans.

Bart or Waggy..... on 13:10 - Jul 9 with 2535 views | DanFord | Waghorn for me because he'd command about £8m and I don't think he'll replicate last season consistently. Bart however could sign a new deal and be our number one for another 4 or 5 years. This is on the basis we get to reinvest the money.

Bart or Waggy..... on 13:16 - Jul 9 with 2499 views | farkenhell | If Bart goes for £3M or thereabouts, I will feel as sick as I did when we allowed Dalian Atkinson to leave for peanuts all those years ago.

Bart, however, hasn't signed a new contract (and doesn't look like he is going to) and therefore can speak to anyone come January and leave for free in the summer. Waggers, we still have an option on. Therefore, actually, we need to shift Bart if he won't sign a new contract.

Bart or Waggy..... on 13:27 - Jul 9 with 2436 views | Nazemariner | Try and keep both, but if one has to go it would be Waghorn for me. If we can get £8m + then it would presumably fund huge improvements in the playing squad.
Bart or Waggy..... on 13:28 - Jul 9 with 2430 views | BtreeBlueBlood | Thought Webster’s sale was the balance the book s! Unfortunately there contracts are running down. Sad if either goes!
Bart or Waggy..... on 13:29 - Jul 9 with 2429 views | Steve_M | Well, quite. Selling either just before the transfer window closes would risk repeating the mistakes of two years ago. If there has to be a choice then keeping Waghorn would be my priority.

Bart or Waggy..... on 13:32 - Jul 9 with 2407 views | SitfcB | Sell Bart, give Waghorn a new deal. Unpopular opinion but Bart is overrated, I don't get the massive hype over him.

Don't think anyone would replace Waggy with Gerks. That's just silly... *Although Bloo once suggested Ambrose at RB...

He's a fantastic shot stopper, im not sure the rest of his game is premiership quality though.

....his distribution is poor. He picked out our bench more often than our forwards with his goal kicks over the last few years. He's not particularly comfortable with the ball at his feet in general and he's not convincing on crosses. Excellent shot stopper though.

Agree with this, hope we have a replacement lined up before we decide to sell, Waghorn would be almost impossible to replace and if we’ve got any ambition for the play offs goals are what’s needed
Bart or Waggy..... on 14:36 - Jul 9 with 2212 views | Bluebell | Got to be Bart for me. He obviously wants more money hence the reason he hasn’t signed the contract. We would struggle to replace Waggy for his skill and passion. I am wondering why we let Crowe go with only Gerken as a replacement for Bart.

I said something along those lines about a year ago and go a right slagging off!
