Nah, it's a very involved process. First they need the numbers (15% of MPs, or 48 minimum) to trigger a vote of no confidence as party leader. They then have to defeat May in that vote (a simple majority), by no means a forgone conclusion. If they succeed, she will be forced to resign, triggering a leadership election.
