I would add to SItters post that orwell are very good. We've used them before, and have recommended to mates, and always been good and cheaper than most.

I've used www.shiply.com a few times and swear by it. It's like eBay for house moves - white van men bid on your job and you can check their feedback etc before deciding who to use.
