Bricking it, not gonna lie gents 21:53 - Jul 18 with 3471 views | textbackup | Year 1 sports day tomorrow, nursery sports day Friday.... Currently hold dad’s race title... BUT a few new faces about this year, might need to take my spikes Anyone else get too into these events? Had the kids doing sprints when we walk the Dog, they are in good shape, just worried they’ll lose focus and not have eyes on the prize...

Bricking it, not gonna lie gents on 22:09 - Jul 18 by textbackup | If the other dads look a bit tasty I’ll play the bad back trick. Bottle it. Could live with that but not the wife and kids watching be confirm loser status |
Just hope they never start reading this place....

Bricking it, not gonna lie gents on 13:46 - Jul 19 with 717 views | ITFC_Forever | The youngest's Primary School Sports Day was a couple of weeks ago and I was delighted to see her win the running and the obstacle race... she said she's only managed second at best in the practices, so she was well pleased. Eldest daughter won her year's shot putt (year 8) at High School, trust her to pick a sport which doesn't need much actual movement, I think she just pretended it was a netball and went for the hardest shoulder-pass possible. Mrs' foot was injured, so she didn't take part, so that just left me. The Primary School changed it a couple of a years ago so the Dad's race was an obstacle race (including bean bags and a cargo net) instead of a sprint. After an awful start, I trailed in 4th out of 6. I let the side down and was suitably admonished and shunned for the rest of the day.
