.... yet the season kicks off in just over two weeks. Last seasons squad not good enough. PH already admitting some are not good enough. Yet, we haven’t really strengthened, certainly not to the level required. Inexperienced loan, bit of a punt on a free and decent permanent buy.
With the season fast approaching we need at least three if not four new signings, many of whom to fill gaps in the starting eleven. That doesn’t include replacing anyone who leaves.

That seems like a bit of a straw man, complete with new hat. There’s not panic. Just people chewing over what’s going on, plus a few of us who get more responses on here than from the missus!
You can’t have missed the significance of your opening sentance either? One of the things people are concerned about is precisely that. PH hasn’t started builing a team (has just started imo), but we kick off in a little over 2 weeks. Window then slams shut just after that. If we hit the ground running it will be a miracle.
