Evans doesnt want to lay a million pounds out it seems, anything under, then maybe we are in with a shout. You dont get much for a million quid nowadays in transfers, anything under that and you very often just get a bulk standard player. 2 central defenders are needed within 2 weeks, and l just cannot see it happening.
