I just read something on the News section about the new loan rules, and it kind of says that any loans from a premier club agreed after the transfer window shuts can be made permanent in January.
So, does that mean any player going out on loan after the window shuts CAN be bought permanently, even if the parent club just wants them to gain experience / fitness? Or did I just read it very wrong?
If that is the case does a fee have to be agreed before the loan?
