I'll be quite happy to finish lower midtable.

Young players that want the ball trying to play passing football and, most importantly of all, taking the game to the opposition is all I really want. The passive nature of our play over the last 2 seasons is what has frustrated me most and this was the polar opposite of that. GET INTO THEM!

We won't win every game, sometimes we'll be caught out, but if we play on the front foot like that I'll be happy to go every week.
