Echo all of the positive comments from yesterday. Was particularly impressed that we were constantly looking to work the ball forward with quick passing. Anyone else notice the reaction from the bench to Knudsen on the hour? Bart played quick ball out to JK who got to half way line quickly, then promptly stopped, turned around and played back to Chambo. Doig went mental and Hurst held his hands out, as in ‘why’.
Thought JK got forward well first half and is probably behind the squad on fitness, just lovely to see that the sideways/backwards approach we’ve been accustomed to is on the way out (this is not a knock-Knudsen post!)
