Indeed, I think that is what will happen unless there is an offer we will accept on the table.
He is going to be short on match fitness having not been used for a few weeks.
The worst that could happen would be an injury scuppering a deal but that is always a risk for any player. The next worst is that he comes on and is not bothered with his mind elsewhere. I hope he is more professional than that but it is difficult to put oneself into the mind of someone in his situation. |  |

Personally no. The team that played West Ham (I know it's preseason but was our biggest test) didn't seem to miss him as such in that particular game. Maybe on as a sub if we're in need of a goal otherwise I would almost stick with the line up we had that day. |  |
