Absolutely no chance.

He'll stay at Chelsea this season. They're hardly flush with strikers and they have a manager that may actually use some of the young players they have.

Also, if he was to go out on loan he would 100% be going to a Premier League side.. He is a recent England international and would be good enough to make most Prem sides so there is no chance he'll be playing in the Championship this season

He can't go out on loan to a premier league side, only EFL or abroad, premier league window is shut for all incoming transfers including loans. Agree he will stay at Chelsea though

the wages alone, never mind a loan fee, would be way, way out of our reach. and the player wouldn't come anyway.
