This place just needs to settle in. I never expexted harmony Any the numbskulls to just become normal because the not what thwy wanted. The had convinced themsekves that ipswich were a massive club with a premier league right but Mick was holding us back, without him we would be huge. They will soon work out that we are a mid size 2nd tier club and then they will disappear again and only surface for games against norwich or premier league cup opponents | |

Personally I think Chambers is struggling under the pressure of having to keep the whole defence together and it's affecting his game
I do think the way forward for PH is to rely less on the 'old guard' but i just don't see what Donacien has that Emmanuel doesn't. Sorry if that's too much of a sensitive question for some this morning. | |

I thought Chambers did ok against Blackburn but he’s not helped by playing on the left.
I would be very reluctant to ditch him.
Donacien had a very shaky debut but it’s early days.
Maybe he won’t make the step up, I hope he does but not all of them will.
The question is will Hurst drop him if that is the case?

I was there, and thought he was alright in the first half.
Assumed that he was replaced by Spence as PH wanted a more attacking threat rather than a solid defender.
Spence looked a bit short of confidence and didn't really get forward as much as you would have thought he would. |  |
