I bought my Silver member thing and a Junior Blue package for my youngest about 3 weeks ago, have had nothing come through yet, the money has gone from my account.

Anyone else have similar issues?

They send them out in batches I think. We've had ours but I renewed months ago. I wouldn't panic, you account will be updated for ticket priority etc.
