Shameless plug for Gymnastics Open weekend 09:14 - Sep 1 with 673 viewsSonOfSpock

Morning,

Anybody who has kids that have fancied trying out Gymnastics may want to take a look at Hadleigh Stars Gymnastics Club who are holding an open weekend today and tomorrow 10-4.

All ages and abilities welcome including boys and special needs groups. Fantastic team including a former Double Olympian and head coach is former British national level.

Location: Birch Farm, Hintlesham

Also has a newly refurbished cafe that will be open if you fancy a brew or cake.

Mrs Spock will also be there coaching and one of the Spocklets will be demonstrating..
