The problem is that the average Leave vter hasn't the slightest ifea what is being proposed in their name.

To them voting Leave was all about ending immigration with some undefined bonus of being 'free' of EU laws and control - which would lead to some land of milk and honey.

Only now is the reality of what those funding the Leave campaign were about - and the consequences of the intent.

They were told the only conceivable way to make a go of this was to go ultra neo-liberal, but they didn't want to know.

It's the beautiful irony of believing they were voting against the establishment and globalism. Or it would be beautiful if the irony wasn't true and we weren't going to have to suffer the consequences.
