It's been nine games - yes, Hurst is making mistakes but he's still early in his tenure finding his way at a higher level with a new squad. Yes, he did make the decision to sell players but I think he made it clear he would have preferred to keep hold of Waghorn and Garner.
If we're still not showing signs of improvement after the international break, and he goes past Keane's record of 14, then yes maybe questions have to be asked but maybe it's time football fans (everywhere) show some understanding and patience.
Is it too soon to sack Hurst? on 20:46 - Sep 22 by BiGDonnie
How come?
Personally, I’ve not seen anything that tells me he knows what he’s doing.
Today was dreadful, I can't argue that, but up to then I've seen signs of promise in every home game to date - particularly the second half in midweek. I think we have the potential to turn a corner and changing the manager after nine games is not the way to do it.
