on chantry park, the stage will be on the exact spot that the Kitchener used to play sunday morning games on, I watched big Dennis (the goalie) save a penalty with his face on that pitch, that's worth £85, not someone singing a few songs
Back in the early 90's it was Dennis & me up front for The Kitchener. Had some great players back then.

Anyone ever attended these gigs . Can you actually “see@ much . Thinking of going but my friend isn’t very tall !!
Probably won't see a lot but it is a mixture of watching screens looking a lego size person on stage and being part of the crowd. Ed's concerts are some of the best for atmosphere that you can go to, he is absolutely superb live and he does it all himself.

I always concentrate on the sound rather than seeing the artist at a gig, during the support acts I move around to see where they sound best, Ed has a great voice and I seem to remember he isn't someone who puts on a big stage show, I might be wrong as not seen him live yet, but he is a fantastic singer who I can imagine sounding good live.

Bargain then.......bring back punk, free festivals and raves The treacherous female members of the household are attempting to join the frenzy, I'm off to Dennington with a can of spray paint to make my feelings known on the outer fences of Stalag Luft Sheeran !

"They break our legs and tell us to be grateful when they offer us crutches."
I did have a little chuckle when Ed's 2019 tour dates came up on my Facebook page.
It was Lisbon, Barcelona, Madrid, Florence, Rome, Milan, Prague, Moscow etc. ..................then right at the end Leeds and Ipswich as the only ones in the UK!
I have to say Chantry Park doesn't sound quite as glamorous. Any local Ed Sheeran fans are lucky he is an Ipswich fan!

I have my tickets to both Leeds dates and both Ipswich dates! - saw him 5 times this year, I see a lot of concerts and his are the very best I have been to, alongside Paul Simon at Hyde Park just for the emotion of it all and also Xavier Rudd in London as he is monstrously cool!
