4 out of the 5 games we really need to be winning as it's against teams around us. I think I'd personally give Hurst until then and if things still haven't picked up, get rid.

This then allows a new manager to come in, assess the squad and make the necessary signings in January to keep us in this division.

We need to get rid before the key games. He will fail them, we will be adrift and his replacement will be on hiding to nothing.

Judging by his start to the season there is no prospect of anything else happening.
