The French had the right idea. And for the most visited city on the planet, Paris doesn't seem to lack tourists after chopping all the heads off.

To fulfill the constitutionally important role of monarch in our politics, we should elect a different animal every year to sign off laws with inky paws. Would save a lot of money and people could come to see the animal in various parades.
