Y'see, if they were commemorating their Milk Cup win, then I could understand it (even though they only won it by kicking us up into the air, and nearly killing Mich D'Avray - not that I'm one to hold a 33 year grudge, you understand), but this is them winning one match.

The equivalent would be us going on about beating Real Madrid, or the 6-0 against Manchester United.

Which we don't do, because, we've won things, so we commemorate that instead.

It's great having rivals who are comedy gold

My hobbies include being quiet during trips, clapping with songs, and diabetes.

They had the inter Milan 11 friendly last season. Are they now spreading their commemoration of this ‘cup run’ over 2 seasons, with an open top bus and bouncy cathedral?

It's the day they celebrate their 25th anniversary of making it to the 3rd round of the UEFA Cup

They are so bothered about history.

Except when in the same room as a Town fan, because their history is comedy gold.

although let the record show, their moment of glory in winning the Milk Cup came from an Own-Goal and two months later they were relegated. Halcyon days indeed for the budgies.

To be fair, they did win the League Cup in 1962 as well, beating the mighty, er, Rochdale, when it had the status equivalent to the dear old ZDS.

So they should celebrate that as well. I mean it's not as if we could celebrate anything for that year.

Oh, wait.

Lazio
Inter Milan
Arguably the best side in Europe in 1981

But we've never won the Milk Cup, so I guess that makes us even
