Bit of passion after the match 17:02 - Oct 22 with 5939 views | Burwell_Blue | Chambo booted a bag in the changing room that made a bottle hit Ward. He then picked it up and slung it back at Chambos face. Que a lot of pushing and shoving from most of the squad.

Throwing a water bottle at the captains head? That’s not healthy under any circumstances. Also sounds very out of character from Ward.

Unrest in relation to the manager I did say was nonsense. This type of handbags would happen in most changing rooms I would imagine. Thought it was worth a share.

I would be more concerned if there were not some of this post defeat going on. This is hardly unusual in a team dressing room when things are not going well.

the kind of thing that happens all the time in pro sport dressing rooms, no need to get sand in your vag about it.

Bit of passion after the match on 18:08 - Oct 22 with 4431 views | StowTractorBoy | Its a shame that same passion was not shown on the pitch as Ward may as well have not been there. I just cannot understand where the teams passion from the Blackburn, Villa and Norwich games has gone. This makes me think that there is something wrong in the dressing room as per several posts here recently. If this is the case I'm afraid it will be Division One football next season. Whatever we thought of McCarthy there was always a great spirit in the team. Very sad days at Ipswich Town F.C.

He infuriated me on Saturday when he missed that chance and the first thing he did was apologise to their centre half for touching his leg. I'd have taken him off for that alone.

You're right, it does happen a lot, and not just in pro dressing rooms, but there are different reasons why it happens. Many of us have played football at varying levels and realise there's a difference between a kicked bag due to losing a game you should have won easily, or conceding a last minute equaliser, and a game that you were never in from the start, and where the manager didn't have a clue how to change it around. I get the feeling that the kitbags in the Town dressing room will be getting a lot of punishment this season! He's got something of the Jermaine Wright about him to me. Technically adept, can be amazing, can be utterly anonymous. There's definitely a player in there, it's just seems tricky to coax out. For me, he seems to have played his best football for us under Klug's brief reign. [Post edited 22 Oct 2018 19:13]

He is prone to pulling out of any 50/50 's or even 60/40's in his favour, had a decent shooting chance Saturday but miskicked 'cos he was too busy avoiding getting clobbered.

I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, but the player who Hurst said had picked up an injury in training and was a doubt was Ward, so his lacklustre performance could be excused a little bit. Person I spoke to was amazed he was playing as was considered a mega-doubt
