Good luck to Paul Lambert or whoever 17:11 - Oct 25 with 975 viewsBluedanW

But there is no chance of turning Donacien, Nolan, nsiala or Harrison into decent players. Get bent in as a player / striker coach to maybe mould Jackson.

Disagree on Donacien.

I think he will be good for us long term.

Agreed.

There might be something in both Nsiala and Nolan. With Nsiala if you could coach out him jumping into every challenge with full force and not have him pass it out from the back then he might be fine.

Nolan needs some consistency. There's flashes ok skill and then he goes missing

Disagree on all counts

However

I do agree you can't improve them all at the same time in the same team

I suspect this has been going on for a while and PL will have a few targets in his mind.

The big problem is the shape and organisation; get that right and we improve our chances, certainly against the lessor teams. I suspect PL will play to our strengths, as opposed to a Man City high press with our squad and bring 3/4 in January of Championship quality.

I don't rate Donacien, but better than Spence. Nolan is just not good enough for championship level. Harrison league 1 best. However I do agree nsiala has something about him, but I just can't trust him to not get himself sent off or give away penalties at crucial times.
