Can anyone recommend somewhere with decent weather to go end of November/start of December time? Ideally city based so lost to see and do.

3 night city break or longer holiday.?

We have no village green, or a shop. It's very, very quiet. I can walk to the pub.

Cape Town - great weather, loads to do, no jet lag as on the same time zone. Lovely places to go, lots of nature, grilled meat, wine and fairly cheap.

Easy flights to Florida .... destination for me would be..
1st choice...Tampa.. always enjoy my visits, plenty to see and do at this time of year, take in a Buccaneers game and great beaches close by.
2nd choice...Orlando....I'm close to here and again plenty to see and do.
3rd choice.. Miami ...personally not over keen but great beach

I agree with the first 2 choices, but Miami, unless you love laying on a beach, and clubbing, your going to be bored. Stowmarket has more to do than Miami

Vegas. It's not all kiss me quick. World class food, drink and shows. The Aria is excellent in particular as the pools are very good. Weather might be average at that time of year.

Sri Lanka. Loads to see, direct flights are not that long and you can do as much or as little as you like. I'd recommend the South near Galle.

Mauritius. Some really good deals and it's not expensive on the North coast. You can leave the resorts and wander around too, it's very safe.

Have to be a bit creative if you want decent weather in December.

I know that was then, but it could be again..

Bit out of the box, but Saigon. Cheap as chips, loads to see in & around city.
Was there for a few nights & only scratched the surface.

It’s a great place to go. forget stellenbisch and go to Franshoek for wine tasting instead, take the boat over the Robin Island to see the prison that housed Mandela, Hout Bay for incredible fish and chips, chapmans peak for the view, Llandudno beach for sand and surfing, simons town to swim with penguins and drive to the Cape of Good Hope.

Might look into this as well dude as the wife mentioned going away this winter somewhere warm and I've never considered South Africa

I agree on the vineyard, I would also suggest Camps Bay as an amazing beach and not forgetting table mountain

Poll: Will you still buy a Season Ticket for next year in league 1
