Yes. (EDIT: Sorry, I stand corrected. Lambert had already left Col U by then.) As a striker. And in the same role for us when he first signed at this level. I am sure he is very pleased Lambert is in charge and I am sure Lambert knows how to play to Freddie's strengths. Whether we currently have what we need to work with him is another story.
