I was meaning the atmosphere within the playing group. More specifically amongst the 6 or 8 players that Lambert doesn't rate, to the extent that he doesn't even want them around the place or getting a game for the U-23's.
That's where the toxicity comes in, genereated largely by agents, wives and partners, friends, mates and family. | | | |

Nsiala won't last long i suspect. Too many clangers in him at this level.
Jordan Graham and Roberts also.
I can see Lambert being willing to fit Chalobah into the team given his raw skill and physical attributes. Same with Edwards. Our central midfield just lacks any drive going forwards, hence why we are desperate for Huws and Bishop.
Perhaps Folami and Rowe might see some more action under Lambert. | | | |

we will never get more than about 10 games a season from Huws and even less from Bishop. squad places that could be used more effectively I am sure |  |

What I am blathering on about is that you cannot run a session with much more than 20 players, 22 max. Therefore his first team squad will be no bigger than that.
