Having had 'windows' support helping me out with my computer problems few days back, I now have BT on the phone who want to help with all the problems in my broadband. I need to get my computer again, so that they can help.
Their call is important to me, so I have left them with radio 4 again whilst I go get it. |  |

They are a right pain but I tell you something, since I got rid of the landline phone I hardly get any nuisance calls now on the mobile. Thinking about it maybe 1 or 2 a year and that is it.
Its the older people I feel for who fall for these scams and end up losing money. |  | | |

These calls keep coming through on my work line.
For my personal line I have one of those call screening phones, where unknown callers have to announce themselves first. Its brilliant, cold calls on that line have come to a complete stop. | |

I'm sure you are aware that allowing someone who isn't a family member to listen to the radio requires a PRS/PPL license, so not to contravene the copyright laws?

Probelem is the real BT scammed me - Charged me £60 for broadband for my first 3 months as a new customer vs the £24.99 advertised, said they can't refund the first 3 months of over payment, but can change the monthly price going forward.
