Postal Services 13:56 - Nov 7 with 725 views

Has anyone else experienced items they have ordered not turning up ? I recently purchased two items off Ebay from different people who advised me that they had posted them and one is overdue by 4 or 5 days and the other about 2 or 3. Both were posted royal Mail. One second class and the other first class.

I used to work for Royal Mail and items being misplaced at this time of year isn't surprising etc. That being said, as they were first and second class, the sorters should have recognised there importance. Hopefully they turn up at some point this week.

I usually give online sellers a 2 week window to send things, and then if they still haven't arrived, contact the place (EBay/Amazon) - they will refund payment quickly if the items do not arrive. Or get the seller to send a replacement or give a refund.
