Blue Monday Podcast - defensive improvement. 09:36 - Nov 9 with 514 views | TheTrueBlue1878 | They make a great point how one week under Lambert working on shape instead of fitness or whatever showed against Preston. Preston a really good attacking team, score a lot of goals: (3 v Brentford, 4 v Wigan, 3 v Aston Villa, 2 v West Brom, 2 v Sheff Utd) and when they came to Portman Road they were nullified, influential players Johnson, Browne and Barkuizen were all subbed, and only had one chance which Pennington stopped late on. Thats a great sign for us picking up points from here on now if we can get that defensive structure back in shape and it looks like Lambert is doing that really well. COYB!!!!

Agree entirely, defended differently from set pieces, especially corners, part zonal part man mark, we have 3 zonal to attack the ball, and 4 or 5 man mark.
