The punchline is from Chico Marx, but you are right in that I have based the title on The Grinch. On reflection it could be said that the town below his mountain is a metaphor for a consumer driven EU and The Grinch (but who fits that rôle? Not Farage, Gove, BoJo or Rees-Mogg) is uncompromising on sovereignty. And the most suitable Prime Minister is an eight year old girl - which is almost what we have in terms of political vision.
