One of my boy's mates just had one of these for his birthday. He's 11. £270 games machine for an 11 year old. The world's gone mad.
My lad'll get a yoyo and be thankful, otherwise he won't even get that. He'll get a it more than that :), but the point is how are kids supposed to understand the meaning of working for something, or how to value things, when they're showered with expensive electronic gadgets? There are girls in my daughter's Year 3 class (7 year olds) who have new iPhones ffs
