After Wednesday I thought we were definitely down!! Such a kick in the teeth! But if and I know it’s a big if we win today we could be 3/4 points from safety!

After witnessing the abject performance on Wednesday Lambert must now be fully aware of what he’s up against (if he wasn’t already). Now he starts earning his money.

A win today would be unbelievable (literally!). I’d take an improved performance whatever the result which just gives us a bit of hope for the rest of the season.

I also don’t think the fixture list has been that kind to us - yes we play every team home and away the same as everyone but when matters

Villa - very good team
Norwich - local derby anything can happen
Brentford at the time flying!

Away the teams you would expect to win at home and that wanted to play us!

Wednesday

Confidence a couple of wins and you win games you don’t expect, we have all them teams to still to come let’s just stay in tack!
