But yes, no grounds to be convinced of it yet. Mick turned around a very similar situation and we ended up with 60 points and only 8 points from the playoffs. Surely, the people who are convinced now on similar evidence would have ultimately been wrong back then? |  |

Didn't feel like a better squad at the time. In hindsight, yes.
Re: the loanees. We've got a bigger squad this time around so, as with Roberts and to an extent Lankester, we can bring new players in. It's not ideal but it's boosted performances until we can recruit in January. | |
