I do wish people would stop bleating about every other derby and their kick-off times.
None of the rest of them are policed by Suffolk / Norfolk police and their small resources. Ours is.
Like it or not (and like nearly everyone, I don’t) it won’t change. The one time in recent times it wasn’t a lunchtime kick-off, there was trouble, this setting it in stone for ever more. Except next season, when it won’t happen.
I do wonder what will happen if we ever get them in the League Cup / FA Cup replay / Checkatrade (next season) and it has to be a night game. [Post edited 4 Dec 2018 21:24]

I think the whole rivalry was born in the 70s and was something to do with Alan Mullery, a string of cup replays and a dodgy penalty. | |
