Let's be honest, Phil; 'off the top of my head' is a phrase you should avoid.

Ian Milne giving report on behalf of the club. Being a football supporter means dealing with ups and downs, thanks Paul L for outstanding work he has done since he has come to the club, and the people working behind the scenes.

Talking about work done over the last year: Season ticket price cut and other similar arrangements, reciprocal away ticket thing. Average attendance over 18,000, successful partnership with Adidas, sponsorship deal with Magical Vegas lucrative, good relationship with local sponsors, Co-op etc.

Success of community work, the World Cup screenings at the ground well-attended, as was the open day.

Paying tribute to Beat, Sir Bobby called him greatest ever defender.

West Brom ticket offer went well, looking at similar in future.

Continuing to support EACH and emergency services and local Suffolk charities, Mind and a number of others.

Tough year with two managers leaving, would like to thank staff for picking up challenges they have faced over the last year.

Ten years of mediocrity, how get out of this mess.

IM: Marcus continues to remain committed, has spent millions over the years. Has changed since Paul took over but not been able to change too much with window not open.

PL: Reiterates recent comments about people having given up when he came in. Apathy was too much, ground, training ground flat. Thinks in few weeks we've been here had good moments and bad, but there's a fire in the belly. Got to start somewhere. Need help in January.

Need your support, need people in the stadium, real plus point. Atmosphere, can't do it without the fans. If we get that we've got a chance.

Similar question to IM about the last 10 years, only one out of group of fans that now goes, amazed Paul H was allowed to bring in so many players in the summer. Paul L best thing happened in years, great football at Reading. Paul will be great for this club but hope he doesn't ghet pissed off if money isn't forthcoming in January. Sees no positives other than Pual L coming to the club.

IM: Understands concerns. All I can say is ME backs the managers he's had before. Tried to give them as much backing as he could financially. Big support to Paul Hurst. Wanted to back him with the players he wanted. If you bring a manager in you've got to follow their advice. In retrospect may not have been the right decision.

Question along the lines of not all money brought in from fees in summer being spent (difficult to hear as chap not given microphone).

IM: ME didn't make money out of summer business. You back manager you have at time and many fans backed Paul Hurst.

Supporters Club chairman says matchday prices should be cut to £15 and season ticket holders given cheaper tickets next season. Also that Town should stop procrastinating in transfer market, get business done quickly in January.

Question to Paul L re squad and Jan business. On latter says press are here and won't tell us anything.

Too many changes in summer, should only really look at two or three. A lot of players with no Champ experience and a lot of kids. Knows League One demanding but not the Championship. His job to make them better players.

Lads have been great, but need a bit of help, more experience. Re Forest, none of the 'regulars' left out had played in Champ before. Attitude in squad great.

Loves it at club, bigger picture is squad needs help.

Questioner not sure whether Paul L or Theresa May has harder job at moment. Adds, if we go down shouldn't sack Paul L as will take us back up.

Asks about shirt sponsorship. Proud of Each, but not of Magical Vegas, which he says is disgrace because two million people in UK have gambling problems. Doesn't like club being associated with online gambling. Asks that IM and ME do all they can to take the name off shirts as soon as possible. Points out based in tax haven. Says dragging club down. Says voted against ME a decade ago and nothing has changed hs mind since then.

IM: Stride - owners of MV - on AIM market, so UK company but takes points re gambling but equally is legal and a number of clubs are similarly sponsored and we need funding from sponsorship, althpugh respects views.
