Is this something people are genuinely concerned about??
For me it’s not an issue at all.......if we are to get out of this mess then we will need to win lots of games of football whilst other teams will need to lose lots of games of football, which in turn will swing the goal difference more favourably in our balance!

At the risk of sounding like Stuart Watson, no team has really turned us over as yet. We are 8 points adrift, goal difference is irrelevant. If we win 3 to close the gap, we'll have reduced the goal difference by at least 3.

You're right, it's not a huge issue. If we've won enough games and other sides have lost enough games for the gap to be closed then the goal difference will have closed up too. Our main focus at the moment needs to be winning a couple of games to give ourselves some kind of chance.
