I know all of the 'Who cares about them' and 'Let us worry about our own team' etc etc, but seeing us bottom and them top in a season where they have run out of parachute payments, and consistently score winning goals in injury time is just boiling my p1ss and any Ipswich fan feels the same deep down. |  |

We have less points after 21 games of this season than we had after 4 games last year. Remember those glory days where a 100% record after 4 matches was something to be ashamed of because the opposition had had more shots/possession etc. Thank God we got all those injuries checking our momentum otherwise it really could have got nasty on here.
Norwich’s form this season feels sadly of a piece with being an Ipswich fan in this decade. We can’t beat them in matches, so naturally the season that we fall to pieces in this league and look likely to be relegated is the very year that they turn into a lean, mean winning machine.
It’s the moral of this decade for us - no glory, no light, no fun. |  | | |
