It's not though really, he just doesn't have the benefit of playing alongside an in-form Daryl Murphy or the organisation of the team when he first joined.
If Sears has his confidence back, and he showed that he does with two well taken goals against Bristol City, then it's a good thing. He had lost it totally last season. |  |

Sears was playing out of position in the previous year after Murphy left and then last season, with Waghorn, Garner and Celina being favourites,wasn't played at all.
Good to see he has got his passion back again too.
