The article mentions Jack Wilshere , Kingsley Black, John Hartson and Curtis Davies as being Luton youngsters in days gone by but not Matthew Upson who should of course have stayed with us.

Sounds like there was someone who worked at Luton and then moved to Norwich, who were probably in the Premier League at that point.
