Thank goodness for that 16:59 - Dec 15 with 1619 views | SomethingBlue | Let's have no pretending that five points isn't doable. It'll fluctuate up and down but this is a start. By the sounds of it the sort of sh6tty goal that seasons can hinge on too. Lovely stuff.

Today was BIG but nest week is super important, we now need to build on it and start a run. We can get something against the Blunts and QPR(maybe).

Thank goodness for that on 17:36 - Dec 15 with 1256 views | Herbivore | We'll need to play much, much better than that to get some momentum but a much needed 3 points at home and hopefully that monkey off our backs will help us to play with a bit more confidence and get some more results.

Not a problem. We have played much better than that under PL. ...and lost.

Thank goodness for that on 17:41 - Dec 15 with 1209 views | JakeITFC | I can’t believe we are only five points from safety, but we are, and it’s almost impossible for us to be as bad as we have for the first half of the season for the second. If we could somehow nick something else before January, we’ve got a really live chance of getting out of this.

Agreed. At this point we just needed the scrappiest win to (hopefully) get the ball rolling. Just need to gain a tiny amount of form and hopefully we can do an escape job, much like in MM's first season.

True, although it's arguable whether any of those better performances have been good enough to clearly merit a win. Even so, we were due a bit of luck and we did well to hang on with even seemingly the ref willing them to equalise.

Thank goodness for that on 18:43 - Dec 15 with 1020 views | WD19 | To put it in perspective, what we need to do between now and the end of the season is to out-perform the dross in this division by as much as wigan have in the season to date.
