ME gives every manager full support and and freedom to select team, tactics and direction of the team completely, there is no one to blame for failure but the manager, Paul Lambert is happy to put his ability as a manager up for us all to see and if HE fails then it is not down to the owner or anyone else. Paul Lambert has already shown he is up to that challenge and is a very good manager. Onwards and upwards COYB's.
