I don't think there are any British Ferries left for chartering, another Thatcher F.U. The real issue is probably not congestion but scheduled sailings. If the farrry cannot complete embarkation of dis embarkation in the alloted time it would probaby be liable for lay-can fees which the ferry companies have said they will not accept as the delays are not of their making. These boats will probably be used to load after the regular service vessels have departed 'on time'.
