Exactly. We can't pick and choose where we get our points. We have to try to win every game. We have no more right to beat Millwall and Rotherham at home than teams like QPR and Boro do of beating us at home. Every game is huge (and winnable/losable). |  |

The Millwall game is going to be the hardest one as we will have to win it with the current squad of players which simply aren't good enough in both boxes as PL admits.
By the time we play Rotherham, we will need to have got in at least 3 new players who are automatic starters, one each in defence, midfield & up front which should give us a fighting chance against them.
I think that we need at least 5 new players, all of whom are starters this month, 2 full backs, a centre back, a creative midfielder and a target man who can hold up the ball.
Someone like CCV could be used in a 3 with Chambers & Pennington with Kenlock/Elder at wing back and a new right wing back with Chalobah, Downes and the new midfielder plus the target man with Sears/Harrison/Lankester/Jackson up front | | | |

Can't argue with any of that, my concern with changing half the side is then the time to gel as a team, we'll just have go with it no doubt hoping that it clicks, upfront strength is a huge weakness, he knows that, Evans will spend fairly big on a couple of loans, he knows he simply has too.. | | | |

IF the rumours about Andre Dozzell are correct then that is a way to get a couple of top quality loan players from big clubs which would help enormously over the last 5 months of the season.
Someone like CCV would be brilliant and having spent 6 months here before will take less time to settle in and will help to reduce the goals against which we also need to do.
It’s the creative midfielder and target man that will make the difference going forward and if they are decent players then settling in won’t be a problem. |  | | |
