Didn't duck any questions and speaks with authority. There's something about that Glaswegian football man persona that is v reassuring. Ferguson et al! He's not afraid to be honest about club's failings with high turnover of players/ loan deals. Says bringing in too many loan players/inexperienced players creates vicious cycle where team is constantly rebuilt and never settles - he's absolutely right.
