I have remained hopeful recently, thinking that 6 points from this and Rotherham and couple of decent signings and we could get out of this. That is it though. We need to seriously think about planning for life in League One. Blood some of the youngsters, give Lankester a run and get some goals from him and hopefully take some kind of momentum and goodwill into next season. Have a think about what players we could get for life in the lower leagues and make sure we're ready to nab as soon as the season finishes instead of faffing. Make sure get Lambert signed up long-term. Absolutely no point in flogging this dead horse at the expense of starting afresh properly in August. | |
